  This was our first time ordering from new Garden. I have to say so far this is the best Chinese delivery that we have had here in Syracuse and it was truly amazing. I had the chicken Kung Pao and my mother had the General Tso's chicken.  Both were out of this world. They actually had flavor you could taste the different spices and garlic which is a first for us. Usually when you order Chinese take out everything borders on the line of the same or bland.
  
  We are looking forward to trying other things on their menu. Also, delivery was quite fast and on time especially considering it's a Friday and it's dinner hour.
  
  This was also the first time that I had ever used the online ordering system here in Syracuse. I was a little worried at first wondering if the order would actually get through and the restaurant realizing that they actually had an order in the first place. But, everything went very smooth. I received an order confirmation immediately after placing the order and I never had to call the restaurant to make sure that they were going to deliver.
  
  I highly recommend.

  Most terrible Chinese take-out place I've ever been to. Noodles tasted like frying oil. And the rice just tasted bad.

  Over the past 2 years I have ordered from this place a way more than a few times and it's always been amazing!! Food is always amazing, delivery or pick up.  The people who own/run this place are always pleasant and easy to work with. I have NEVER had an order come wrong/cold or other than exactly what I ordered! They've never even forget chopsticks!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

  My husband and I ordered takeout from New Garden and it was honestly pretty good! The delivery didn't take too long, and our food was tasty and in large enough portions to keep half for a second meal the next day. I got the orange chicken and my only complaint is that there were a few too many hot peppers in the sauce for my liking. Other than that, the egg roll, full meal, and rice were solidly yummy.

  I usually order my Chinese take out from New Garden because they deliver quickly and have good portion sizes for the price. The food itself is alright. I like to get the Szechuan chicken with rice but I do find that it lacks spicyness and flavor.
  
  Will I continue to order takeout from them? Sure. I'm happy with any Chinese takeout place that ensures prompt delivery and also fills up my belly.
